Hays HR Trainee interview questions

I had a disconcerting experience with this company. I received positive feedback after my application and was contacted to discuss further my CV. After that, I received another positive feedback and was invited for a 2nd round of interviews with the recruiters. After that, I received another positive feedback and a promise of follow-up for a 3rd round of interviews with the business managers. After a few days, I was rejected even though the positive feedback because the process was about to be closed, even though they stated that they had no rush in concluding the process.
