Hays Associate Consultant interview questions

1st stage was a phone call with area recruiter - to gain a understanding if you can talk on the phone 2nd stage interview was a 1 to 1 interview with the office manager - more of a chat to see if you would fit within the office 3rd stage interview was an assessment day. - 4 tasks given throughout the day. task 1 - mock phone call - business development call task 2 - question in regards to a job description given task 3 - write a job advert task 4 - select and sell a mock CV to recruiter and area director.

There were three separate times of going to the office for interviews and each interview I talked with multiple managers, each lasting for about 30 minutes. As well as an assessment centre with maybe 7 or 8 other candidates.
