The interview process began with a hpone call with an internal recruiter.
The second step was another phone call, but this one was more focused on competency and skills.
The third step is an assessment center with other candidates. It is essentially role play to have a real view of the day to day of a recruiter.
Then as last step there is meeting with the different managers of the teams that are recruiting and the director.
There were many stages including the initial recruiter meeting which involved a role play, followed by an assessment centre and around 4 different manager meetings. Each manager had a different style of questioning but all were very friendly.
Challenging but rewarding! There were a number of interview stages to go through, including an assessment centre with roleplays. It's intense but a good introduction to the business and sets expectations for the quality of work you'll need to do in the business
