from this company again. Actually, I've only had a part-time job (better than no job) for years because companies like this have always told me that I'm "overqualified" (real German....) and now they're telling me that I'm too old to be mentally capable, even though I'm studying again besides. Maybe they should check out their CEO, cause by his age he is not mantally capable anymore?
