The interview was very laid-back, and I felt comfortable with the recruiter. Right away, we were speaking in the informal Du. I was asked to walk through my CV, explain my motivation for applying, and discuss my reasons for leaving my current position. I left the interview with a great feeling because she explained the next steps and even gave me the names of the people who would be interviewing me in the following rounds. However, I was ultimately not invited to proceed to the next stage of the interview process.
