Arranged via external recruiter. Was told it would be a 3 stage interview. Hiring Manager, their manager and further meet and greet. Had 1st stage interview with hiring manager. Spoke about the organisation, role remit and my experience in dealing with relevant categories. Interview was on a Friday and told I should hear back the following Tuesday. Followed up once via recruiter who had no update. Then radio silence for 5 weeks. Would have been good to receive feedback - positive or negative. Poor experience. There is an epidemic of internal and external recruiters ghosting candidates who take time out of their schedules to interview, which is a real shame.
