Interview
Four step process that consisted of rounds of interviews starting with HR, followed by a one on one interview for the next phase. Next team meeting with a group of supervisors and finally the department chair, Process turn around with quick, all interviews occured within a weeks time as weel as an offer. Company is extremly pepole oriented and each manager seemed very knowledgable.
Easy, simple. Asked general question about experience in the past job, and why work at Habitat. More questions about how will I provide customer service and support.
Got a call 3 days later, was offered the role. They asked for reference and then was given offer letter

The interview process was engaging and encouraging. The interviewer was personable and curious, asking thoughtful questions about my background, journey, responses, and future aspirations, creating a comfortable and insightful conversation.
