Habitat for Humanity interview questions

Very relaxed interview. 3 way questions and answers. Manager and Director were very nice. Interview took about 40 minutes. Request for background check and drug test came about 10 days after initial interview.

Went back for a second interview with Manager and Director, as well as board president. Interview was 20+minutes. Many questions regarding interacting with volunteers and prior employees, coming in as a new (and younger) assistant manager. Overall, good (but nerve-wracking) experience.
