Habitat for Humanity interview questions

Phone screen with HR. She was super sweet and asked a few questions pertaining to the position. She informed me during the phone interview, that I would be moving on towards the second interview. My second interview is set up for next week.

The interview process was less structured than others. More of a conversation and less of a back and forth question and answer format. Lovely hiring staff, super nice and addressed all of my questions about the position.
