I applied online. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity
Interview
Inconsistent with the advertised understanding of what the process would entail. Some of the staff involved were very difficult to communicate with, while others were very well balanced. Thank you.

Question 1
My most challenging experience that I learned from.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Long interview process. The initial interviews are more about company culture, ethics, diversity and inclusion, etc. then, the next round includes several interviews with your actual team (finance or counterparts). I found it to be a bit extensive.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Kansas City, MO) in Dec 2022
Interview
Simple, perhaps too simple. Semi-transparent process. Initial phone screener with the primary point of contact. Limited interpersonal time with the CEO Search Committee - less than 45 minutes, multi-person interview. No proactive updates as the process went past its deadline. Provided a form letter final response with no direct outreach.
