I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was very clear and straightforward. There was an initial interview with HR and a second interview with the hiring team. The initial interview was a phone screening then I was invited to the office for an in-person interview with the team.
My interview with Habitat for Humanity was warm and mission-focused, emphasizing community impact, collaboration, and hands-on learning. The conversation felt supportive, highlighting opportunities to grow while contributing meaningful service to families in need.

Interview
I was invited to the interview about one month after my online application. It was brief interview. I started with my introduction and there were follow up questions about my experience from the interviewer. It was a nice experience overall.
Very straightforward online one on one interview, asked me questions about coursework/experience relating to the position, why I was interested in it, etc. Only talked to one person for the interview and then I heard back about 1.5/2 weeks later
