I had several rounds of interviewing. I first spoke with an HR representative by phone then met in person with a panel of potential team members. After that, I met in person with head of department. The timing did not feel rushed and I enjoyed the opportunity to meet many people.

Many stages to the interview process including interviews on zoom, with staff, and with board members. Asked about references and probing questions on experience, qualifications, commitment to the mission, understanding of the organization, why habitat, etc.

Thorough and interesting screening call with Talent Acquisition that was followed by interview with hiring manager who had a clear vision. From there, I had interviews with key stakeholders. Impressed by talent, commitment and energy of members.
