I was bought a coffee and had an informal chat with the store manager, it was really good! He asked about my motivations about for working there as well as any experience I had previously had.

interview and week after stared, they were short in staff. after first interview received a call and started, friendly and welcoming interviewer. Asked me what questions as what I did previously, howling I worked in sales etc.
