I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Metzingen, Baden-Wurttemberg) in Apr 2023
Interview
In my interview for the innovation position in the innovation/group strategy department, which lasted about 45 minutes, I spoke with two managers. They started by introducing themselves and sharing what projects they were currently working on, which helped me understand the team's focus. Then, I talked about my background and the projects I've worked on. They asked me how I handle tough situations, what my working style is like, and whether I usually meet deadlines or take time to double-check my work.
First was an online interview. Overall there weren't any difficult questions but answer had to be kept to a maximum 1-2 minutes, which I didn't feel was enough. However, you do get 3 chances to record your answer to each question.
