I was invited to do an interview face to face which I did they had got back to me a day after being offered and I interviewed a day or 2 after that. The interview lasted 20 mins with the store manager

Great interview, very straightforward process. Applied through the website and was called for an interview instore with the hiring manager and received an offer within a week. Interview consisted of general customer service focused questions and roleplaying.

normal questions only, the manager was nice
in total was like 30 mins
it is better to prepare some questions

very lovely environment and was open to answering questions. the interviewer was also really lovely and explained everything great. the shop floor was really busy but they were still accommodating. overall a lovely experience.
