Quick check of documents. Right to work and proof of address. Followed by a presentation detailing the job and benefits provided. Then finally a face to face interview. A few introductory questions to get to know you and break the ice. The serious questions come after. STAR type questions assessing competency and experience. Relatively straightforward if prepared. Can be difficult if not.
