Standard process. Multiple interviews, with hr then with managers, and then with her again. Discussing on various elements with the candidate. Could take few weeks as it could take longer.

The process involved an Interview in the first instance after initial online application. This was then followed by interview and role play to replicate a client meeting in a secondary meeting
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Florianópolis, ) in Feb 2014

It was a long process, many interviews diferent levels, but they were all managers in the bank. A role play situation and i had to wait for many months till they have a job oponing to get started
