Video on demand mostly for triaging candidates even internally. Don't overthink on the questions and spend energy on networking and get to know the hiring manager so to get straight into the in person interview
There were interviews. One is with hiring manager, another one is with team members. Each took 1 hour, the flow is self introduction and then talking about work experience and specific job related questions have been asked.
