A recruiter reached out to me once I submitted my resume. I then had to take two online tests that calibrated for a personality match. After that there was a Zoom interview that asked basic questions and questions in the STAR format.

Numerical reasoning test, Values Behavioral test, Video interview (HSBC video interview is a pre-recorded interview with a virtual interview) and HSBC assessment centre .

Telephone Interview: Most interview questions are behavioural. It took around 15-20 minutes. HR was very professional and the atmosphere was good, sadly I did not get into the next round.

Smooth and friendly assessors made everything easier. The general themes are mainly regarding company core values, examining your problem solving capabilities, how you approach the current bank issues. If you do some research beforehand you will be fine.
