      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2018

      Interview

Awful interview experience. Looks like they outsource the hiring team to another company and they have really bad connections between the hiring specialist and the actual hiring manager. I was contacted by a hiring specialist and scheduled for a face to face interview with a local branch. They told me the branch manager will contact me. But I wait for a month and no one contacted me. I asked the hiring specialist and she told me to wait. I called the branch and the person pick up the phone call always say the manager is busy. And after all the waiting, I got a decline letter. What a ridiculous company! They told me I'm gonna have an interview and then they rejected me for no reason??? I guess that why this company's business is so poor in US, you're not even professional yourself, not to say being professional to your client.(In fact, the branch that I should have interviewed has a low yelp score of 1 or 2). I wrote a letter politely asking the hiring specialist why this happened and got no answer. So my advice is not to have any connections with is company, as a employee or as a customer.
