The phone screening was interviewed by two-a hiring manager and a co worker. They asked basic SAS questions like why Hsbc, what interested you the most about this position, tell me about yourself

Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews, starting with a fairly straightforward HR screening interview. This consisted mostly of general background questions. The second round was a technical phone interview, which mostly looked at testing databases concepts etc. The third, in-person interview covered SAS/SQL-specific topics
