Confusing and lack of consistent communication . The salary discussion and negotiation was painful with no response and understanding of candidate expectation . The hiring agent kept changing and I could not connect with them or receive no response by email.
I was approached by a recruitment firm. Then I accepted and it was conducted via online with the HSBC Project management team lead. The interview was completed in under 20 mins and was very professional.

Video interview with the hiring manager. Work experience and technical based questions were asked during the interview. The questions were fairly straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely had a good experience.

Interview with hiring manager went smooth, heard back from HR didn’t get it, until I sent email to confirm. Appreciate HR’s detailed reason of rejecting, they moved on with someone else with more aligned qualification.
