3-4 Video based questions on how you respond on various situations within work. 6 numerical questions. The numerical questions were not hard, really easy but a bit tricky. There was a lot of time to complete them as well. Video based questions were a bit hard, as you do not know what to expect and you need to think fast on how to respond.

The interview process was super laid back. Interviewed by 3 people total (2 assistant vice presidents, one head of department). Interview was conducted in English although some Thai was used. Interview was almost strictly behavorial, barely any technicals.
They are just inviting for interviews and asking non ethical questions that, Why are you applying for this position if you have different background of education? Then I got surprised that, why they are inviting for interviews if they don't like my education background

I work in the WPB Europe department, I take care of the account of recently deceased clients of the HSBC bank, where I close their account, make any money transfers required, add their data to the system and reach out for their heirs and attorney
