Did not complete job simulation but online assessment involved evaluating work scenarios and some cognitive questions. It was not time capped I think.
Applied for the Global Graduates scheme where I submitted my CV and did a simulation. Attended the week-long scheme and stated my interest in IB. Did a video interview and was selected for an OC interview. 3 x 30 min interviews with an MD each time.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HSBC (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2023
Interview
A few rounds of online hire view questions (video questions and written questions) followed by virtual assessment centre which was 3 interviews with different people at the bank. Questions were mainly situational judgement, strength, motivational and technical.
