Resume based question , oops concepts , SQL data base Jframe , python pandas library and data types , communication skill good i can not explain details so that new update technology work every student

The recruiter didn't asked for slot to schedule the interview but scheduled it according to him . No body joined the call for 15min on the interview day and after that it was rescheduled again without asking for preferred slots .
