HCLTech Software Engineer interview questions

It was a nice interview and smooth interview Focused on Java, multithreading concepts, SpringBoot, system design, JPA database, project questions. and a final discussion on salary, role expectations, and onboarding details.

I was initially told that there would be a 30 min Interview held on a Saturday and I was informed about it about 2 days in advance. About 2 hrs before the actual interview, I was asked to reach earlier to do an assessment which took about 2 hours. After which, I waited an hour before my actual f2f interview. The test is a nothing burger, just some typical math and logic questions. Only downside was that you had no pen or paper to jot down workings so everything was mental. Only coding section was a 18 min pseudocode MCQ section. F2F interview was more behavioural than technical. I really disliked that I was only informed about the test 2 hours before the interview. You can really see the disrespect for the candidates.
