HCLTech Senior Software Engineer interview questions

1 : online test based on your domain and technology (mine is .net),once cleared 2: face to face technical interview 3: finally HR round. and there I go , I was selected and I jumped from 4.5 L to 6.5 L

I got an interview call from one of the HR. I was told that interview was a scheduled one that too arranged on weekend. When i reached there, i could see around 100s of people waiting. First round was machine technical, cleared. Then after 2 hours of waiting, i was taken for the technical round 1. Went for around 1 hour purely based on previous projects and overall experience. Then i was told to leave for the day and the next day i received positive feedback from the same hr who scheduled the interview. She told for the further process, i would be getting a call. After waiting for 3 weeks, again i got a call from the same person to schedule a new interview. when i asked regarding the previous interview, the previous interview candidates were in hold, and they are recruiting for another client for which the complete interview process should start from the beginning. Are you kidding with the experience candidates? I never expected this kind of behavior from the reputed IT company and you have wasted one complete day of mine. Never play with the precious time of professionals since that is what the foundation of all professions.
