it was quick process, as the requirement was urgent, first round was technical telephonic , second round was face to face and it was technical cum managerial , then Salary negotiation over phone . i had two or three telephonic discussion over phone for salary and designation .
Try to join at before start of new quarter , it will help in appraisal cycle

Interview
2 rounds one technical and one HR and finally discussed about the negotiation , but hard to negotiate and need to accept the offer whatever they provide. The interview was a telephonic round and it was much easier to crack. I was technically sound and my skills are so niche, the person who asked the question does not have much of technicality and the interview was more on generic technology and able to crack it easily . But, i will never claim that for every other role / designation , the same type of process will be followed

Interview
Can be tedious as there are a few levels to go through. There was a screening process, two technical interviews by phone and then a final phone call with the group lead to assess the appropriate project. There was chunks of time in between these steps due to availability of interviewer. Overall, the process was appropriate.
