HCLTech MBA Consultant interview questions

HCL Axon posted for a full-time MBA consultant role on university job portal. He shortlisted the candidates for further rounds. Four people from my university were shor-listed for the interview and I learnt that we will put in a pool of candidates for next rounds of interview. Focus was on getting the right kind of people who can add value to the customers. The interviewer was a Senior Director. The interview consisted of only behavioural questions and are expected to follow with a with a follow-up interview which will be in New Jersey.
