The recruitment process began with an online assessment, followed by a full-day pool campus interview involving five colleges. It was an intensive, day-long process held at the host campus with participants from various engineering backgrounds and institutions.
Interviews are pretty good here. Technical and managerial interviews are standard procedure which I went through. Technical interviews are intense and managerial interviews are based on how good knowledge you have on process part and behaviour towards work.
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
