Good process to select and for fresher also it is benefitial way to enter
And for experienced also the process is same and question are mediocre level and HR round was also there
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
