Interview was relatively easy. was done in 3 rounds. Questions were relating to Senior Manager in handling difficult situations, Outcomes and vision related questions.initial discussion on Telephonic by 2 managers. Followed by GM level rounds.
Very nice and particular on the job position. All 3 rounds were well organised.HR have emailed complete details + panel was very respectful. They covered all aspects as per the resume and introduce the project and team as well.
It was for a senior level role. There were 2 rounds of interview. One was mainly on the technical level and another one was managerial. Overall, It was a good interview experience.
RCPG consulting role. College Placement - GD + an interview round with the VP of consulting. 2 rounds of interview. I was asked a few case studies in the interview.
