Online ..followed by technical round and HR ..The interview process was smooth and quick people very supportive They make you feel relax throughout the process.No major blockers faced throughout the process.

My first round is clear but when i was asked about my second round that Hr behaviour from pune location is very bad. After so many mail they are not reply to my single mail. After she received my phone call she talked very aggressively. I am very disappointed with that behaviour. Hcl should be improve that type of management.
