Had 4 rounds of interview 1. Screening the profile 2. Technical Discussion 3.Mangement Discussion 4.HR Discussion Had a good interview Experience and candidate must be updated in technical with strong in basics

HCL Hiring process take 3 months, and There are a total 3 rounds 2 is technical and 1 HR discussion. But HR is very unresponsible. in HR rounds of discussion, she gave me a 30 percent hike on the current CTC, and after that, she rejected me and said you should accept a high CTC. She has not displayed any decision-making behavior. A recruited fresher HR was hired by HCL, I believe. She did not assist in releasing the offer or setting up an interview.
