I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HARMAN (Nueva Delhi) in Dec 2021
Interview
I interviewed at Harman and believe me I had the worst experience of my lifetime. The first person who had asked the question related to Javascript and React Questions is nice but on the other hand, the second guy who seems to be like do not know anything about coding took the second round of technical assessment, and this is how he started "Listen to the question carefully I won't repeat it", still I politely smiled and said Yes, then after the question I tried to discuss with him about the steps/algo but he arrogantly declines and said, I do not want to listen to anything just do it or leave it (In my 7 years of experience this is the first time I heard something like this from someone), this gave me the idea that he does not want to proceed, still I tried and then exactly after 30 minutes, he stopped me and asked me to drop if takes more time. I do not have time. and as expected I wanted to discuss this with HR, and HR is not picking my calls. THIS IS HOW INTERNATIONAL BRANDS WORKS?

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HARMAN (Bengaluru) in Nov 2020

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HARMAN (Pune) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview started with my introduction and few basic questions related to HTML and JS/Typescript.
Specific to my interview - the interviewer was not able to explain the problem statement of a program(he wanted to see the use of "promise" in god knows what way) and talked as if I was inefficient in understanding , moreover in a rude and adamant tone of voice. This changed my pov regarding the company and its employees and instantly I felt a dislike about the whole interview process.
So a couple of HTML and JS questions and then the above scenario happened, which made me think that further interview would be unnecessary as I dont want to work there anyway. Voluntarily I opted out in between the interview.
Save your time and frankly dont appear for interview over here for any role and any amount of money.
