Seamless process with good communication throughout and an efficient time frame leading up to onboarding. Clearly defined interview process from the beginning with regular email/phone calls back and forth to keep updated on the process.

Got a telephonic interview followed by a technical and hr round. All the rounds were easy. The HR told I’ll be getting an offer. She even sent me invite to join new joiner onboarding meeting. After so much followup she didn’t send offer letter and later said that I rejected the offer without even discussing or sending it. It was simply waste of time and effort. The whole process was very frustrating.
