Applied to the corporate career site. Had an initial phone screening with a recruiter.
I encourage Harman has to
a. collect recruitment surveys anonymously from the candidate after the interview process.
b. do random quality checks or record the interview conversation for review.
c. or assign a quick feedback survey right after the interview call.
Otherwise, the one who is good at people skills to get along with a specific recruiter can only be presented to the hiring manager. That's how the toxic culture starts.
Advice to the head at Harman,
Remember it's hard to cultivate the right culture, but it's just a day to destroy the good culture.
The frontier of formulating the right workplace is from the recruiting- that's the recruiter's task- very important role.

Interview
I have passed an interview with the HR for a procurement role based in Karlsbad in Germany, I was informed about the recruitment process by the HR manager that has presented me the next steps, talking about providing a feedback independently the result: positive or negative. One month after the interview, I have contacted him to kindly asking about any feedback. He has never answered my message. I estimate that behaviour very disrespectful, and it is a lost of time passing interviews with such a company. I can understand in case of a lot of candidates do not providing feedback happens, but when it is clearly presented by the HR it should be done. It is clearly disrespectful towards a candidate.

Hr Scheduled the meeting as per my interest. It is a Webex Meeting. It happens on both the java basic questions and android questions. Few codes aked based on my past work.
