Interview process was very balanced.
Total 5 rounds.
1st technical interview- tl and a colleage from india, basically where a resource would be joining. Core technical questions as well as very basic Sap abap and workflow questions. Questions on the requirement role.
2nd technical interview- Sap lead from onshore and a TL conducted the interview.
They asked questions related to my module not in depth but more about approach.
Performance tuning, securities etc.
They were very calm and interesting people.
3rd Round F2F Manager round- visited their office location. Manager was young and energetic and very friendly. He wanted to see how much did i fit in the role . He asked me question to check how good am i as a team player. He gave me some dead lock scenarios and checked my approach.
4th Round HR round- HR was the one who was associated with me since starting . He was the one who shortliated my profile and scheduled the interview. He was a gem of a person to be very true. He was very open for discussion. He explained my role and what company is about in detail. Then he discussed the compensation plan and gave me the best i could imagine.
5th Round- Senior Manager round.-
I was lucky that SM was sick so thit round was skipped for me and the offer letter was released immediately.
