three rounds mcq on c and c++ technical interview and hr . mcq is basically on array and pointera in c and c++ first round is in delhi and second is in banglore second round is deep and questions were little tricky

The HRs are very unprofessional and retards. Before attending the interview i clearly told them that i had an offer of 10 and my expectation is 12, they did not say anything about salary then. After i cleared 2 rounds then HR tells me that they can offer me only 10.5. I wasted my 2 days for 10 to 10.5. I rejected the offer. Not only this when you reach their company to attend interview they will keep diverting you to call different persons and after 1 hour someone came and took me to take my interview. Very unprofessional behavior.
