HARMAN interview questions

Offer of 4LPA with 3 to 6 months of training and No bond. Pool Drive was untertaken at a.p.shah Institute, Thane by ELITMUS to shortlist students for 'HARMAN CONNECTED SERVICES'. elitmus pH test 1st Round - online Aptitude of 18 mixed questions (Logical and quants) with 35 minutes of time and No negative marking. 2nd Round - paper pen aptitude of 2 hours containing 3 sections of verbal, problem solving and quantitative. Each section had a set of 20 questions. Twist was that, if 25% of attempted questions found wrong then negative marking is applied else ignored. After being shortlisted was called to pune office at Hinjawadi near wakad naka, pune. I only went till Technical interviews. At HARMAN. 1st round was segregated based on java coding and c++ coding. All candidates gave an online test containing 30 questions with each question having a count down of 3 minutes. No question skipping and no negative marking. Test contained mcqs on basics of oops and c++. C++ candidates gave test for c++ and java candidates for java respectively. Shortlisted candidatefs from c++ and java test further went to technical interviews. It took my whole day and the process wasn't managed properly and not in proper flow. They considered people living really far for interviews first when the students asked them that they live far and not the management on their own even thought of it first. Mentioned questions below are only for technical interview.

1st written test, then personalty check, then face to face, still if you have to suffer if any one with you is having big reference. Even you know more than them, they only will get preference.
