HARMAN Developer interview questions

I think it's waste of time attending interviews at Harman. Simply they are calling, and I had a very worst experience in my career . The interview panel only does not know what questions he has to ask, he opened his laptop and searched some top questions in Google and asking same question and expecting same answers. He doesn't even know how to behave with a candidate, usually interviewer will introduce himself also before asking our introduction that guy did not do that also, instead of interviewing he was interrogating. He was just asking questions like how to reject candidate by showing his attitude. I don't think so that Harman will give training to the interview panel.
