HARMAN Developer interview questions

Had first round of an hour. Cleared it. Had second round of about 1.5 hrs. Went really good. Was expecting offer but after several mails and calls, I was told that my CTC is beyond client’s budget. I don’t know why they couldn’t tell me this upfront when I told them my CCTC and ECTC. Huge waste of time of around 3 weeks. Very unprofessional behaviour.
