HARMAN Business Development Manager interview questions

Telephonic round 1: Recruiter (Madhulika Goel) Telephonic round 2: Hiring Manager (Tushar Gupta) Silence for 2 months Telephonic Interview round 3: Hiring Manager again Silence for 1.5 months In-person interview: Tushar Gupta (Sales head) Still haven't heard back from them. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever faced from anyone. HARMAN should really up their decency in interviewing candidates, we are investing our bloody time too in this. I was expecting that since such senior level people are involved in this process, they would atleast have the courtesy to give me a decision. Sadly, its been almost 4 months now, even after multiple follow-ups, recruiter or the hiring manager have failed to send a response. I wish HARMAN all the best, glad i am not working with such a bunch of unprofessionals
