H&M Visual Merchandiser interview questions

The interview went well and the employer was very sociable and easy to talk to. I felt the interview went well and it lasted about 25 minutes. But where they lacked was communication. Before the interview, I did not receive any confirmation that the interview was actually happening. After the interview, they reached out to schedule another interview with the next higher-up. I replied with my availability, within 24 hours, and then I never heard back from them.
