Interview
The interview process was around five steps. The first round is an assessment. The first interview was a 30-minute interview with HR with general questions. The second was an hour-long values interview with HR. The third one was a scenario and problem-solving interview with hiring team members. I didn't make it to the last interview.
Had a first interview with the recruiter for one hour, remote, nothing out of the ordinary, expected, standard questions. Got a second interview with two more people, and I felt this time my answers were not completely satisfying on the technical side, lacking the specialization on mobile they were expecting. Got a negative feedback after that.
