Group interviews with some exercises involved.
The process involved:
- introduction
- group exercise (clean up the store, real work scenario)
The group exercise was easy, I would recommend doing some company research or if you have clothes from H&M group, you could wear them. (a way to show your passion)
Easy to medium with 4 round of interview process , 1t aptitude round ,2 coding question with hr medium to high level ,3 rd round behavioural question with manager, 4th final basic hr question .
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at H&M in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was with an external HR recruiter, who came across as a bit unusual. The second was with the hiring manager and focused more on technical skills and previous experience. The third and final round was with the Head of, which centered around team fit and more general questions. All H&M employees I interacted with were genuinely kind and welcoming. Each interview lasted between 30 minutes to an hour.
