Intiatially, had a phone interview followed by a in person interview a few days later. The in person interview went well and they decided to set me up with a third interview a few days later. In the third interview, they requested to perform a background check and told me I would receive a phone call from them a few weeks later. I received an email from H&M a few days later stating that they were no longer interested in employing me. Over two weeks later, I received a call requesting a fourth interview which ended up being a job offer. By this time, I had accepted employment elsewhere and mentioned this to the manager interviewing me. The manager then stated that they would be more than happy to work with my schedule as long as I could somehow work until close on the weekends and that they would allow me to contact my current employer to see if I would be able to satisfy both jobs. My current employer allowed me to do so, so I called H&M and gave them the hours that I would be able to work and was told they would call me back within the day. Four days later, I finally called them, only to find out that in order to work there I would need open availabilty on the weekends as well as the rest of the week. Out of every job I've ever applied for, H&M has the worst hiring process I have ever seen or witnessed!
