H&M interview questions

Contacted for interview on phone, had a brief phone interview. Called in for a second interview and hired on the spot. However H&M usually requires 3 seperate interviews. One on the phone with a department manager, then a floor manager, then the store manager. They can be really brutal if interviewing for a store that's already open. Know some of H&M's policies and campaigns and you'll really nail the interview. H&M tries to do a lot to give back i.e. donating money for certain organizations, the Lana del Rey campaign, David Beckham line. The more you know about H&M going into the interview the better chance you have of nailing the job. H&M loves intelligent people more so than they care about what you look like.

H&M made a first screening of applicants and picked some interesting ones that was forwarded to a recruitment firm. They conducted a telephone interview with a strong focus on why I applied for the specific positon and why it would be interesting to work at H&M. After that they organized an assessment day on their Headquarters with interviews and "live case solving".
