Question 1
Questions aren't difficult they are very self explanatory they just want to see if your a goal oriented person because H&M sets goals for everything. Be able to tell your experience clearly and show your personality the purpose of the interview process is for them to meet someone and to get to know the person who they are considering to add to the team.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at H&M (Xánthi) in May 2013
Interview
I applied on the internet with my cv and a cover letter attached, they called me about 4 days later and we arranged an interview for the next week. After the interview they told me that I would be informed in the next 2 weeks either for a positive or negative answer, however, I got an email two months after! The interviewers were a store manager from another city and an assistant, they weren't from HR, they were negative from the beggining and absolutely not professional.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Fairfax, VA) in Jul 2013
Interview
Came in for a second interview. Talked to the department head and head supervisor. They were really chill. It was almost the same as the first interview. Got to know them and they, me. Questions mainly revolved around more customer specific situations. Had me walk around the store for a few minutes to look for areas of opportunity. I'm guessing that is when they discussed my employment. After the questions, they brought out folders with everything prepared to hire.
