I was initially telephoned and the process was very straight forward. I was first asked basic questions such as availability and why I wanted the job after I passed this I was then I was called in for an interview with standard questions and offered the job the same day.

The interview was quite chill, it felt like a group of friends having a conversation whilst answering questions, the people I was with made it all the more comfortable, we first had an ice breaker, some questions about our education or life etc then normal interview questions but was fun, told us some stuff about rebranding of H&M, then the second stage for the interview was to create an outfit relating to a theme in a set time.

They’re values, they asked a scenario question about if your friend was to steal what would you do, then later they gave us a theme and we had to create an outfit for that theme but in groups and it was a set time.

Interview
2-hour interview process, focus is on sustainability and diversity. Average difficulty. It is a group interview consisting of 10-15 people on average. The group is then further divided into groups of 2-3 people during the interview.
